“I am grateful for Madera County Workforce for the opportunity to sponsor me in my training. Their help was essential in taking the next steps into a rewarding career.”
“Workforce has been a valuable partner to Nemat Inc., providing access to skilled temporary employees while supporting our workforce development efforts through their on-the-job training reimbursement program. This partnership has allowed us to bring in qualified candidates while receiving partial wage reimbursement during their training period, helping offset costs as they learn and grow within our company. Recently, we hired Manuel, a CNC operator, and Jordan, a welder, through the program, and both have proven to be excellent additions to our team. They are professional, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely appreciative of the opportunity qualities that reflect the strength and effectiveness of the Workforce program.”
